Turnaround & Task Completion

The following SLAs outline information about our fulfillment service:

Receiving


From when your shipment arrives, we will have your items stocked in our inventory within 24 hours. In special circumstances (if you sent many containers), it will take us longer and we'll let you know.

Shipping


All orders are shipped same-day as long as they are placed before the cut-off time.

Manual Orders


We will try our best to get it shipped same day but manual orders can take up to 48 hours to ship.

Returns


We will let you know we've received returns right away but it will take up to 48 hours to process them.

Support Tickets


ShipHype will reply to support tickets within 24 hour of receiving them.

Hours of Operations


ShipHype operates 7 days/week.

Weekdays = 9AM - 9PM

Weekend = 9AM - 2PM
