What exactly does ShipHype do?
ShipHype is an eCommerce Order Fulfillment Solution. In layman terms, we store and ship products from our warehouse on behalf of other businesses.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking the "Get Started" button in the header. Once you are registered, you will be able to integrate our software with your online store or marketplace account.
What is the minimum contract with you guys?
There is no commitment or contract when doing business with us. You have the flexibility to stop doing business with us at any time.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
FBA clients must spend a minimum of $200 per month.
Do you guys accept International customers?
Yes, we accept customers from every country. In fact, ShipHype was built to help international businesses sell products in the North American market.
Are you guys shipping from your own warehouses or are you part of a network?
We ship from our own warehouses. We don’t rely on third parties for fulfillment.
Do you guys ship batteries?
Yes, we can ship batteries but only with certain carriers.
Can you ship fragile products and temperature controlled products?
Absolutely, please reach out to us to confirm if we can store your specific product.


Do items need to be labelled a certain way before shipping to you?
Yes. The labelling we require is extremely simple. Our guidelines can be found under your dashboard. If this is something you can’t do, we can always take care of it for you.
Can we ship products directly from our supplier?
Yes, you can ship directly from your supplier to our warehouse.
How long does it take from the time you receive inventory to when I can sell it?
This depends on how much stock you shipped and the nature of the product but we try our best to have your items stocked and ready to ship within 3 business days.

Product Storage

Can I have my products shipped back if I need to?
When doing business with us, you are not tied to any time commitments and can have your products shipped to your location at any time.
Are my products insured at your warehouse?
You need to add our warehouse location to your insurance policy if you have property insurance in place.

Picking & Packing

How much do you charge for shipping supplies?
Basic tape and dunnage are free. For poly bags, bubble mailers and corrugated boxes, please contact your account manage for a price list. You also have the option of providing your own custom packaging.
Can we add packing slips or invoices with our order?
Packing slips are an extra charge but you have the option of including a packing slip inside or outside your package. Same with invoices.
Do you have any kitting solutions for Subscription Box companies?
We work with some of the largest subscription based businesses in North America. We can kit as many items as you need and even prepare them ahead of time.
Can I create manual orders as well?
Yes, manual orders can be created in the “Orders” tab in your dashboard.


When do my orders go out?
We ship all orders the same day as long as the order is placed before the cutoff time.
What is your cutoff time?

Do you ship on weekends as well?
We ship orders on Saturday.
Is it possible to ship International?
We can ship your orders to any country with an active postal system.
Can I customize the FROM Address for my orders?
By default, the Ship From address will be our address but you do have the option of adding your own address there. This is a good option if you are handling your own returns.
Do guys ship Lettermail?
Yes, we ship Lettermail via USPS and Canada Post. Please keep in mind that tracking may not be available for most Lettermail services.
Do guys ship LTL?
We will start shipping LTL in October of 2020.
Can we choose which carrier we want to ship with?
If you would like to do business with certain carriers, you can change that in the settings of your dashboard.
Can I use my own carrier account to ship?
We don’t recommend this but this is definitely an option. Speak to your account rep to have this enabled.
Can you guys handle special requests?
Yes, if you have any special requirements like quality control, inventory count or special packaging, we will make it happen.
Can you guys handle returns for me?
We offer multiple options for returns:
1. We handle your returns as instructed and add them back to inventory.
2. We handle your returns and ship back to you.
3. You put your own address as the shipping address.


What payment methods are accepted?
On the first week of each month, we bill you for the previous month's services.
